Help Texts

Help Texts provides expert-written text message support for the death of a person or pet, pregnancy loss, caregiving, and general mental health and wellness.

Texts include mindfulness tips, reframing exercises, journaling prompts, and links to podcasts, books, videos, and articles. And, as the former Head of Content (aka lead writer), many of the texts you’ll receive are written by yours truly!
